How to get kitchen remodeling leads without buying shared leads
Build a direct path from your local ads to your inquiry form and consultation calendar. You control the offer and follow-up instead of competing for an inquiry sold to multiple contractors.
Shared-lead services differ: some sell exclusive inquiries, others do not. Ask about exclusivity, refunds and qualification before buying. Generating your own leads also takes budget, testing and consistent follow-up; neither approach guarantees jobs.

1. Define the project you want
Separate full kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing and countertop replacements. Choose the area you can serve, your minimum project budget and realistic start dates. A high-value full remodel usually needs more consideration than a smaller upgrade; do not assume the same consultation rate.
Offer a real next step, such as a design consultation. Only call it free if it is. Avoid invented discounts, deadlines or review scores.
2. Show the work, not a generic promise
Use authorized before-and-after photos, cabinet details or a walkthrough. Tell homeowners what changed and what service you provide. Keep the local area and consultation offer clear; avoid making a sample kitchen look like your completed work.
Compare different angles around the same offer: layout, storage or cabinet style. Lamnox’s sample kitchen video ads show the format, not verified campaign performance. Its video workflow creates six ads per round with up to two refreshes.
3. Match the page to the ad
Send clicks to a focused page with the same business, service and offer. Show useful project images and genuine reviews you have permission to publish. Ask for contact details, ZIP code, timing and budget to distinguish a suitable project from an out-of-area inquiry.
For example: a cabinet-refacing video leads to a cabinet-refacing consultation page—not a full-remodel offer. The inquiry then enters your lead list for qualification and booking. That is a workflow example, not a customer success claim.
4. Follow up with permission
Explain how you will contact the homeowner before they submit. Track attempts, replies and opt-outs. Ask about project scope, service area and budget before offering an appointment. Automated texts require appropriate consent and carrier approval; submitting a registration is not approval.
Lamnox provides a built-in consultation calendar and appointment-file downloads. Google and Outlook synchronization is not yet available. Live ad delivery, calls and texts depend on the required account setup and approvals.
5. Measure consultations, not just clicks
For one stated reporting period, track ad spend, valid inquiries, qualified inquiries, booked visits, attended visits, estimates and won jobs. Remove duplicates consistently and separate cancellations from completed consultations.
Cost per booked consultation = ad spend ÷ booked consultations.
Total acquisition cost per job = (ad spend + software + other marketing costs) ÷ attributable won jobs.
An arithmetic example—not a forecast: $1,200 in ads and six booked consultations equals $200 per booking. If two jobs are won and software costs $290, acquisition cost is $745 per job before other marketing costs. With zero won jobs, there is no finite cost-per-job result.
Lamnox bills $290/month plus your chosen daily ad budget ×30 in one monthly charge. Ad funds go into your managed balance, not directly to a personal ad account. Software includes 200 AI calling minutes and 300 SMS.
6. Build demand beyond paid ads
Publish real project pages on your remodeling website, keep your eligible Google Business Profile accurate, request honest customer reviews and build relationships with designers and complementary local trades. These channels can support trust without buying shared inquiries. Lamnox’s campaign tools do not replace your local website or business profile.
Change one major campaign variable at a time and record the date. Judge lead quality and attended consultations alongside cost. Keep expectations tied to your market, capacity and actual results—not an industry average presented as a promise.
